Background information:
UNICC requires a Salesforce Administrator for the implementation and support for on-going and new projects developed with Salesforce.

Scope of Work / Duties of Consultant:
• Perform Salesforce administrative functions, such as the creation and configuration of users, custom objects, fields, reports, triggers, etc.
• Strong Salesforce configuration knowledge to be able to develop enhancements using web forms, AI, triggers, Visual Workflows, and process builder
• Create reports and dashboards in response to business needs
• Manage the user experience and setup of user interfaces, including fields, custom objects, record types, and page layouts
• Import data via Data Import Wizard and Data Loader
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
• Translating business requirements into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
• Create and update Salesforce system documentation

Required Technical Skills:
The resource MUST have the following skills and experience:
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator on one or more of these areas: – Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud
• Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems, including licenses, assigning user profiles, setting user validation rules, setting up user accounts, assigning new users their roles, setting up data access
• Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes (workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps,
actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports)
• Extensive experience with Salesforce data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
• Knowledge of Data Loader and Data Import Wizard
• Current Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Experience working with Agile processes in software delivery.
Desirable skills:
• Understanding of advanced Salesforce automation using Apex, Visualforce and of knowledge of
basic triggers
• Experience with Salesforce Non-Profit Success Pack
• Experience with DevOps/release management tools for Salesforce

• High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work with little supervision
• High level of personal integrity, as well as the ability to professionally handle confidential matters, and show an appropriate level of judgement and maturity
