Description of Duties
▪ Conduct Digital Strategy & Digital Maturity assessments, facilitated user-centric design thinking sessions, and interface with executive/senior business and technology leaders
▪ Lead Strategy and Roadmap efforts including Discovery analysis of current and target states with tangible approach, Proof of concept, and multi-year roadmap development
▪ Lead multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams in program/project execution, implementation, monitoring and assessment; directs review of relevant documents and
reports; identifies priorities, problems and issues to be addressed and proposes corrective actions; liaises with relevant parties; identifies and initiates follow-up actions
▪ Manage both internal and vendor resources for successful Solutions delivery
▪ Execute and develop capabilities with a Product Management approach and mindset toward long-term product and service definition
▪ Provide Quality Assurance associated to Digital domain expertise, ensuring a high standard of deliverables from both internal and external resources
▪ Develop service capabilities with embedded frameworks, patterns, and models into sustainable, repeatable processes
▪ Support effective Change Management for successful adoption including training, communications, KPIs, etc.
▪ Manages outreach activities; designs and conducts training workshops, seminars, etc., makes presentations on assigned topics/activities
▪ Serves as an effective spokesperson and establishes collaboration and partnerships with key officials at all levels inside and outside the organization
▪ Ensures appropriate Governance inclusive of approval processes, milestones, financial diligence
▪ Guides effective Stakeholder management of expectations
▪ Participates, leads, and contributes to proposal assessment and response for strategic customer/partner engagements
▪ Support ICC leadership in strategic and transformational digital capability development through incorporation of innovative and emerging services where relevant
▪ Act as a strategy advisor with partners
▪ May perform other duties as required

Required Technical Skills:
▪ Fifteen years or more of progressive ICT and management experience, including experience in managing multiple groups of technical resources and technical projects; with at least 5 years in
multi-cultural and global International environment
▪ Team building and managing cross-functional teams
▪ Demonstrable experience in information technology consulting across multiple business domains; specifically to senior business and ICT leadership teams
▪ Demonstrable knowledge of digital services such as Data & Analytics, Robotics Process Automation, Security, Cloud services, ERP systems, platform migrations.
▪ Experience in managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder IT projects using both Agile (inclusive of SCRUM, XP, etc) and structured methodologies such as PRINCE2
▪ Ability to promote positive relationships between ICC, the client, and its customers
▪ Strong negotiating skills and interpersonal skills
▪ Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, MBA, or related field. A first University degree plus four years directly applicable work experience (in addition to the minimum experience requirement) may be substituted for an advanced degree
