Description of Duties:
Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions
Mine and analyse data from organization databases to drive optimization and improvement of programme development, advocacy and business strategies
Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets
Use predictive modelling to increase and optimize entity experiences, benefit realization and other business outcomes.
Develop organization A/B testing framework and test model quality
Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes
Develop process and tools to monitor and analyse model performance and data accuracy.
A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in data science, data analytics, applied mathematics, information management or related area
Experience of data science tools such as Jupyter, Matlab, Knme, SPSS, SAS or similar Statistical
Experience working with self-service analytic applications like Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik and others for data discovery is desirable.
Knowledge of IT fundamentals and technologies pertinent to creating business solutions;
Must be technologically savvy, demonstrating the ability to easily adapt to new and unfamiliar technologies, software, and systems;
Experience working in projects, application performance and tuning;
Apply industry standards and best practices in writing and performing basic testing and comply with security standards and policies for the produced artefacts.
Agile or SCRUM Project participation experience
Experience in producing technical documentation.
University degree or higher, preferably in an area of Computer Science or equivalent, or relevant industry experience.
Professional experience in a multi-cultural environment.

Expert knowledge of English is required (Oral and Written).
Knowledge arabic, chinese, french, spanish and russion is a plus.
Relevant industry certifications
Knowledge of Transact-SQL and scripting
ITIL and Prince2 awareness
