The Cyber security administrator shall be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

· Handle day-to-day incidents and requests related to Identity and access management system, certificate management service, system administration

· Regular patching, upgrading, monitoring and hardening of systems

· Implement security best practices for systems and services

· Troubleshoot and find solution for complex IT integration issues

· Provide security architecture consulting and advisory support

· Assess requirements and identify technical alignment between needs and solution

· Work with other functional teams to implement scalable and maintainable solutions

· Ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly

· Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment

· Provide other ad hoc support as required


The resource MUST have the following skills and experience:

· Minimum five years of system administration experience

· Strong understanding of network protocols, access management and internet services

· Very good understanding and knowledge of cyber security and service hardening

· Scripting experience using various tool sets like PowerShell, bash, python, etc.

· A strong troubleshooting methodology and the ability to work under fast paced timelines with creative solutions paramount.

· Demonstrated background in deploying highly secure solutions

The resource SHOULD have the following skills and experience:

· Knowledge and understanding of cloud technologies

· Experience with SQL and PKI systems

· Experience with risk assessment methods and security assessment processe

Required Soft Skills:

· Customer facing experience and oral communication skills

· Ability to write documentation & reports

· Creativity/ ability to find innovative solutions

· Willingness to learn on the job

· Conflict management & cooperation

Desirable certifications:

· Certification for Microsoft or Linux technologies

· Any cybersecurity certification
