Description of Duties:

Capture requirements using a variety of proven techniques to elicit latent needs, test their validity and relevance, resolve conflicts, and guide prioritization.
Ensure the coverage of all use cases. Capture the as-is and to-be perspective with attention to business processes.
Evaluate existing information systems through gap analysis, developing viable alternative solutions and estimates by working closely with the Project team to align designs that enable the achievement of strategic outcomes.
Coordinate and support the Application development team in Testing and End User adoption on various customer projects.
Preparation of technical documentation, SoPs and other process documents.

Required Skills:

Able to produce user stories, UML diagrams, wireframes, report mock-ups, and other aides for validating requirements and informing the technical design phase.
Comfort with IT processes for project management, change management, and the system development lifecycle. Able to converse freely on a range of application and data-oriented technical topics.

Good knowledge of IT fundamentals and technologies pertinent to creating business solutions i.e. software development and testing, architecture, applications, databases, integration infrastructure and networks;
Must be technologically savvy, demonstrating the ability to easily adapt to new and unfamiliar technologies, software, and systems;
Experience working in projects, application performance and tuning;
Apply industry standards and best practices in writing and performing basic testing and comply with security standards and policies for the produced artefacts.
Agile or SCRUM Project participation experience
Experience in producing technical documentation.

University degree or higher, preferably in an area of Computer Science or equivalent, or relevant industry experience.

Professional experience in a multi-cultural environment.

High level of personal integrity, as well as the ability to professionally handl confidential matters, and show an appropriate level of judgment and maturity.
Ability to deliver quality results
Expert knowledge of English is required (Oral and Written).
Knowledge arabic, chinese, french, spanish and russion are a plus.

Desirable :
Relevant industry certifications
Knowledge of Transact-SQL and scripting
ITIL and Prince2 awareness
